About us
LAT52° was founded by Renske, an experienced First Mate and Master 500 qualified. After years working at sea, she saw the need for a crew agency that prioritises professionalism, transparency and genuine seamanship — for both yachts and crew.
Renske brings practical yacht experience and a deep understanding of what makes a strong team onboard. She knows the demands of yacht operations, the realities crew face, and the standards captains expect.
